The Computer Society chapter under IEEE – VBIT SB, took an initiative to spread awareness among students on ‘3D printing’. 3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, turns digital 3D models into solid objects by building them up in layers. This workshop, which was conducted on 29^th July, 2016, became a platform for the participants to learn the fundamental concepts of 3D printing with great enthusiasm.

85 students from different colleges turned up for the workshop.
