ABOUT AashayxCAST :
Aashay Film Club, VBIT, was established in 2013, in order to encourage students to explore and contest in Film Making Competitions. The team conducts various workshops and competitions in Documentary Film Making and Short Film Making. The aim of the club is to provide the students with interest in film making, a platform to explore their abilities. In the year 2021, Aashay Film Club collaborated with CAST – Creator Alliance of Storytellers, which is a student community for students to connect and collaborate and to produce creative content. It allows the students to implement their abilities in directing, acting and other crafts of Film Making by conducting auditions and train them in their interested craft. All the content produced will be screened at the college by conducting events.
