Day 3 of the V Phase In-house Faculty Development Program(FDP) titled “Classroom Communicative Competence” was conducted for the recently recruited faculty on 9th December 2023.

Mr. DKM Sharma, Associate Professor, FME dealt with the first session of the day throwing light on the intricacies of public speaking and strategies of enchancing one’s public speaking and presentation skills.

Dr. Swarupa, Director, Student Affairs & Associate Professor, FME delivered the 2nd session covering emotional intelligence for teachers that will help them enhance their efficiency and effectiveness as compassionate teachers.

About 40 faculty members attended and actively took part in both the sessions.
